The 2009 award opens is now open for registration.  Registration closes on 18 February 2009 and all surveys must be submitted by 18 March 2009.

Registration will only take a couple of minutes and must be completed on this website.

In order to register you will need to provide the following details:-

• name and contact details of the person within your organisation who will take ownership of the survey internally
• company address, size and industry sector
• company registration and VAT numbers

To finalise registration we will also collect payment (via credit card) for entry into the competition.

You will be sent your survey links to both the employer and employees surveys within 7 days after registration. The employee survey must be completed by a minimum of 385 employees or 40% of all staff on headcount, whichever is the lower number. We will quality control a proportion of all employee survey responses via e-mail, and a random sample of employer submissions will be verified by Bureau Veritas via telephone and/or site visits.
